UID/Employee ID (Mandatory for NOC)

Case Type – Permission / Intimation / NOC
अन्य आवश्यक documents/details, as applicable.
⚠️ Important: जिन entries में DOB, Date of Joining या UID missing है, वे details अवश्य provide करें।
Incomplete details से case processing में delay हो सकता है।
बिना UID के NOC जारी नहीं किया जाएगा।
