ID card Process
DDA में अपना ID Card बनवाने के लिए नीचे दिए गए steps follow करें:
Step 1 — ID Card Form भरें
सबसे पहले ID Card का prescribed Form PDF में दिया गया है। इसका print निकालें और form को सही तरीके से fill करें।
Step 2 — Required Documents तैयार करें
Form के साथ कुछ documents की photocopy भी required होगी। Required Documents की पूरी list नीचे/attached दी गई है। सभी documents की photocopy पहले से तैयार रखें।
Step 3 — Security Cell में Form जमा करें
Filled ID Card Form और required documents की photocopies लेकर Security Cell जाएँ।
📍 Location: Security Cell, C Block, Ground Floor
वहाँ form और documents submit कर दें।
Important information
- ID Card प्राप्त करें – Security Cell में submission के बाद आपका ID Card लगभग 1 महीने के अंदर बनकर तैयार हो जाता है।
- In case of new appointment/first time ID card: - i. Letter of appointment. ii. Establishment order of concerned personnel branch. iii. Joining order issued by department in which you joined. iv. Aadhar card or any other documents as Date of birth proof. UID form generated by System Department. vi. Present/current/permanent Address proof.
- Prepared Identity Cards shall be issued between 03:00 PM to 05:30 PM only
